Agenda : Appointment of Officers
Monthly Dues in preparation for Silver Jubilee on 2012

The meeting started at 1PM. The following officers were appointed :

President - Tato Marcial
Vice-President - Erwin Escandor
Secretary - Totep Perez
Treasurer - Lloyd Lopez
Auditor - Fr. Vic Dollentas
PRO - Gibbs Cadiz

The following agreements were reached :
Monthly contribution of P100.00 commencing November 2008 must be given to Lloyd Lopez. Bank account number will be posted later. Sender must inform Lloyd at lloydgerardlopez87@yahoo.com or CP number +639178366007.
Excess amount from donations of Ojee (P 4,700.00 or $100) and Fr. Dandy (P3,000.00) will be utilized as initial deposit to open Batch 87’s bank account at China Bank. Fr. Dandy’s and Ojee’s donations were initially utilized to buy official Alumni Polo Shirt costing P280.00 each.
Authorized bank signatories are Tato Marcial & Lloyd Lopez.
Initial monthly contribution of P100.00 for October 2008 were given by :
1. Leo De Castro - P200.00 (including December)
2. Totep Perez - 100.00
3. Fr. Vic Dollentas - 300.00 (for Nov. Dec. 2008 & Jan. 2009)
4. Fr. Henry Diesta - 300.00 (for Nov, Dec 2008 & Jan, 2009)
5. Lloyd Lopez - 100.00

Having no other matters to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 2PM.
