Minutes of the Meeting of OLPS Batch ‘87
Tato’s Residence, December 26, 2008

In Attendance :

Tato, Gibbs, Gerald, Lloyd, Jong, Jay, Vic, Henry, Erwin, Joey, Totep

Meeting Proper :

The meeting started at 3PM with Tato presiding. The highlights of the previous meeting was presented by Totep mentioning the appointment of Batch Officers, its rationale and the fund – raising drive launched last October 17, 2008 during the Alumni Homecoming.

Next was the Treasurer’s Report rendered by Lloyd. As of December 26, 2008, the following amounts are posted in favor of Batch 87 to wit :
Outstanding Balance deposited at China Bank Sorsogon - P 9,000.00
Total Collection from Contributions during meeting 1,600.00
Noted also were the advanced contributions of Gerald, Jong and Vic covering until March 2009.

The Batch is set to create an e-group courtesy of Erwin to facilitate efficient exchange of communications thru the net.

Jong suggested that responsibilities and tasks must be defined between OLPS Administration, OLPS Alumni Foundation and OLPS Batch 87 for the 2012 Alumni Homecoming. Tato and Totep to coordinate with the concerned groups.

The following are the suggested activities/projects for OLPS 2012 Homecoming :
1. Photo Exhibit – c/o Linuz, Ian, Gibbs, rest of Batch 87
2. Re – staging of Paglilitis Ni Mang Serapio – c/o Totep, Henry, OLPS College
3. Income – generating Projects, events – c/o Jong, Lloyd, Gerald, rest of Batch 87

Tato suggested that the Manila – based batch 87 must organize regular meetings to be led by VP Erwin.

Having no other matters to be discussed, the meeting was adjourned at 3:45 PM.
